Apple ID for 2 istores [duplicate]

I use the U.S. iTunes store with my apple ID and would like to also make
use of the South African iTunes store but it will not allow me to sign in
using the same apple ID. Do I create a second ID? as I do not wish to
loose my link to the US store.
Your help will be appreciated.
